Dionne has worked in Family Services for more than 12 years, she is a passionate in her role to deliver better services for families and supporter of empowering practitioners to deliver whole family work. She comes with a wealth of experience working across local authority, health and voluntary sector. Knowledge of policies and procedures allow her to skilfully negotiate barriers between services and find workable solutions.
Dionne has worked on projects for service redesign, operational management; developing pathways, quality assurance and evaluation, and for Early Years within children's centres. Most recently Dionne has been working with a local authority as a consultant developing the Troubled Families Program.
