Helen joins Interface as a coach, consultant and facilitator. She has extensive experience working with headteachers, private and public sector professionals. Helen has held lead roles in national, regional and local government, schools and colleges. She has designed and facilitated coaching and leadership programmes for the University of Manchester and served as a magistrate in Greater Manchester. The application of leadership theory into practice is an integral theme in her work.
Helen has first class stakeholder engagement skills gaining commitment from front line staff and partner organisations to deliver shared objectives. She has a track record of leading large scale change in response to government and organisational priorities.
She has recently been focused on the design and delivery of a Multi-Academy Trust transition programme, Chairing the Greater Manchester School Led Conference Project Team, and the design and delivery of change workshops for University Executive Leadership Teams.
Helen has an MA in Social Work Studies, a Post Grad. Cert. in Process Consultancy and a BA Hons in Education and Community Studies.
