Kirsten is experienced in consultancy, interim and project management in a range of fields, specialising in leading on transformation and the development of integrated approaches to deliver early help and targeted prevention and the Troubled Families programme.
Kirsten is a strategic and analytical thinker and with over 10 years recent experience of management in children’s and families’ services, she is skilled at strategic review and service redesign, leading change, team building, performance management and engaging partners and stakeholders in the development of options and solutions.
She is passionate about working collaboratively with partners and engaging children, young people and families in the development, delivery and evaluation of services.
Kirsten is qualified in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and offers both professional and personal coaching. She uses these skills to adopt a coaching and solution focused approach to leadership and delivery.
Kirsten has a first class BA Hons in Youth & Community Studies from University of Reading.
She also has Institute of Leadership and Management - Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring, 2013.
