LB Croydon - Family Hubs Facilitation

We are providing a series of workshops across LB Croydon to support the development of Family Hubs.

We brought significant experience of the Family Hub agenda and our learning from supporting other areas across the country.

There are also significant advantages to having an external facilitator In terms of the amount of challenge and support that can be provided. Our facilitators are highly credible, skilled, professional facilitator/s and experienced in a range of facilitation techniques.

We are working closely with lead officers to create bespoke plans for each session to meet their objectives in an engaging and inclusive way, and we will build commitment to decisions and action plans.

We are providing:

• 4x strategic SLT workshops – to support leaders consider what they want/need to achieve, provide pace and external challenge, support partnerships to focus on outcomes and drive the agenda
• 3 Partnership Workshops – much larger local events with a range of partners essential to the delivery of family hubs across Croydon. The first one had 100+ participants, such is the level of interest
