Commissioner Feedback
"Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership (NSCP) has commissioned Interface Enterprises to deliver a programme of multi-agency Safeguarding Children training since early 2023. The programme currently consists of twelve courses covering different safeguarding related topics, delivered both online and face to face. Interface have worked really positively alongside the NSCP to ensure that the learning opportunities meet our needs. They have also been proactive in feeding back regarding how the courses are being received and identifying emerging learning needs. From the start of our working relationship Interface have been very positive in all communications with the NSCP; planning and review meetings are scheduled regularly and all timescales for delivery have been met. On the rare occasion that there are any issues with delivery these are shared with us at the earliest opportunity and solutions identified. The training itself has been consistently to a high standard and feedback from delegates has been very positive."
