North Northamptonshire Leadership Development Programme
We were tasked with designing and delivering a tailored leadership programme for a diverse group of multi-agency professionals working collaboratively under the family hubs agenda.
Participants explored their own skills, values, and leadership potential while delving into leadership theories, effective change management strategies, and much more. This experiential and dynamic programme provided leaders with the space to reflect on what leadership truly entails, offering insights into their individual impact and behaviours.
