Ormiston Families – Trauma Informed Practice

Ormiston Families invited us to develop a package of trauma informed training that would enable them to work towards achieving One Small Thing’s ‘Working with Trauma’ Bronze ‘trauma aware’ award in accordance with their Strategic Plan. The training provided a two-day package for all frontline staff and managers, including their administrative team plus a half day awareness briefing for their Senior Leadership team and Trustees.

  • Applying a trauma informed approach to practice

  • Supervision and Reflective Practice
