Bridget is a Registered Social Worker and an experienced and effective trainer and consultant, who has worked in the private, public and non-profit making sectors. She has extensive experience of promoting a learning organisation/culture, with skills and competencies in facilitating leadership and management development/team effectiveness and change management processes.
Bridget has a particular passion for reflective practice, supervision and leadership process in the context of services for vulnerable people. She has been actively engaged in the delivery of a variety of supervision learning programmes across the UK for the past 15 years. She has strong consultation and problem-solving skills and prefers to work collaboratively to effect change within the realities of complex contexts.
Bridget is confined to working with Interface delivering the C-Change model only, which she is passion about and believes is making a real difference.
