Ellen has over 8 years’ experience of implementing and supporting complex projects and programmes across all levels of a large, cross-divisional staff cohort. She is adept at supporting both teams and individuals through change. She is a clear, confident communicator and is a practitioner in both PRINCE2 and MSP.
She combines project and change management with over 15 years’ experience developing and managing front line services to bring workable solutions to both strategic and operational challenges. She is an experienced trainer; has developed strategic and operational plans; mapped client journeys; evaluated services; reconfigured services to meet changing contractual requirements and written a variety of guidance, policies and procedures to ensure organisational compliance.
Over the past year Ellen has embraced new challenges as a School Governor and Lay Member of an NHS Medical Research Ethics Committee, which has broadened her experience in both health and education.
