Hil Gibb is totally passionate about people and committed to empowerment, effective communication, creative and strategic thinking, life-long- learning, and getting great results with her clients. She is a successful Master Practitioner and Coach in NLP, with a Degree in Psychology & Education, and Masters Degree in Leadership and Management.
Although consistently judged outstanding as both a teacher and a Head Teacher, Hil decided to ‘have an adventure’ and consequently went self-employed in January 2009. She now works with a wide range of individuals & teams, in both the public and private sectors, facing significant challenge or wishing to improve their efficiency, effectiveness and impact. Hil is an Achievement Coach, a trainer and facilitator and a Business Growth Accelerator Coach and Trainer for PERA.
Recently, Hil has started working with her illustrator on her second book (her first being “A Tale of Two Sydneys”) and, with her associate, Karen Smith, is developing a coaching training programme for young adults that produces independent, skilled and solution focused coaches empowered to own their own results and support the achievement of success in others.
Hil has successfully delivered presentations to, and engaged in lively discussions with, a range of audiences, including an ‘Improving Intelligence National steering Group’ for the Government, in Westminster, London and five national conferences. She is also a Explore Enterprise trainer and volunteer mentor for the Prince’s Trust.
