Nicki Bramford is a strategic and seasoned executive leader with over 23 years of extensive experience across health, social care, and local government sectors. Formerly a Director within the NHS, Nicki specialises in delivering impactful organisational transformation, strategic commissioning, and service improvement initiatives. Her professional journey reflects consistent success in driving inspection readiness for Ofsted and CQC frameworks, managing high-value commissioning projects, and leading transformative portfolios.
Nicki is deeply committed to inclusive leadership, organisational development, and embedding trauma-informed practices that enhance workforce resilience and performance. She excels in navigating politically complex environments, fostering cross-sector collaborations, and influencing systemic change through strategic governance and robust financial oversight.
As Managing Director of Auxology Ltd, Nicki provides executive coaching and strategic consultancy to prominent clients, including The King’s Fund and Ipswich Borough Council, with a focus on workforce transformation, digital innovation, and inclusive governance. Her thought leadership extends nationally, where she contributes actively as a speaker with the Institute of Health and Social Care Management, shaping conversations on compassionate leadership, equity, and systemic improvement.
