Embedding Performance Improvement into Practice
Our highly experienced team have direct experience of both strategic and operational management have provided support to Local Authorities and partners to embed performance improvement into practice.
We offer an independent, discreet and bespoke offer to empower staff to achieve their best at all levels. We will identify barriers and organisation difficulties and work with you to create improvement. Our team are extremely credible and will work with you to ensure that staff at all levels own and sustain a culture of improvement.
Our experience shows that a combination of planning, team sessions, individual coaching/mentoring and targeted group work across all tiers of the organisation works in:
- Promoting and developing trust to enable a culture where performance and quality of service is understood and matters to everyone
- Developing professional and personal responsibility by helping people to identify issues and solutions and to own the impact of their performance on outcomes for children and families
- Developing leadership skills at all levels and supporting the organisation to enable staff to influence service development and decision making appropriately
- Developing professional confidence to challenge systems and behaviour that leads to less than helpful outcomes
- Building on managers strengths while increasing understanding of their role as leaders and managers and develop effectiveness in leadership and management behaviours
- Bridging the gap between senior management and front line managers and practitioners by providing constructive feedback
