Families First Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Measuring impact. Embedding learning. Driving continuous improvement.
Interface provides independent evaluation for local authorities implementing the Families First reforms. Combining qualitative and quantitative evidence with extensive experience of children's services, we help local areas evaluate implementation, demonstrate impact and identify practical opportunities for continuous improvement.
Our evaluations provide independent insight, constructive challenge and clear recommendations that help organisations strengthen Family Help, improve partnership working and embed sustainable change.
Our evaluation services include:
- Independent evaluations of Families First implementation, Family Help services and whole-system transformation.
- Families First strategic needs assessments that provide an evidence-based understanding of local strengths, challenges and priorities to inform implementation, service design and future development.
- Economic evaluation and value for money, including social and fiscal return on investment where appropriate.
- Implementation learning and practical recommendations that help local areas strengthen delivery and embed sustainable improvement.
Our approach
We believe evaluation should do more than measure impact—it should drive improvement. Our approach is collaborative, pragmatic and flexible, combining independent challenge with practical recommendations that help organisations strengthen services, embed learning and improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
