Leadership Development for those involved in the Family Hub agenda or Early Help

Managers and leaders must maintain strong internal and external relationships to meet objectives and deliver integrated services effectively. They need to collaborate, influence, and engage with others to maximise resources, reduce overlap, share knowledge, and ensure proper service delivery.

This programme helps managers understand themselves, build trust, collaborate, and focus on outcomes. It is an interactive, experiential programme designed to build skills, knowledge, and confidence. Participants apply new learning to their work environment and reflect on experiences through discussions for shared learning.

This programme benefits team leaders and service managers. It fosters individual and group development in a supportive environment, building trust across teams and services, including partners. It is ideal for those leading across services for children and families, including early help, social care, early years, education, health (including perinatal mental health and CAMHS staff), voluntary and community sectors, and commissioning.
