North Northants Leadership Programme

We have just completed a 10 day leadership programme in North Northants. Participants came from a wide range group of multi agency partners needing to deliver on the Family Hubs agenda.

The group were passionate about supporting children and families and we worked with them to explore values, leadership styles/approaches, working with stakeholders, managing and driving change and much more. This was a truly impactful programme with feedback including:
