A series of training courses have been delivered to the Tower Hamlets’ Children Social Care, schools, the voluntary sector and wider partner organisations responsible for providing Early Help support. The following courses were offered:
The training helped practitioners look at who could benefit from Early Help intervention with an emphasis on best practice when carrying out an electronic Early Help Assessment (e-EHA). There was a focus on supporting practitioners to transition to ‘whole family’ working so that assessments considered the strengths and needs of the whole family. The training aimed to support practitioners to deliver services which are integrated, family-focused and outcome-based, and includes the voice of all family members.
