The way it is delivered is the perfect level of challenge and acknowledging some participants lack of confidence around academic study without dumbing down. The course content is engaging and stimulating and complimented the vast experience within our team.
Our course facilitator was encouraging, supportive and challenging. She delivered the content with enthusiasm and demonstrated her experience and understanding of the complexities of the work brilliantly whilst allowing space for the experience of the trainees to shine through. Feedback from the team was wholly positive and I have seen their confidence in their abilities grow before my eyes.

Interface as always have been professional and flexible in their approach and delivery, working with us to get the most out of the programme. Without exception the practitioners completing the Level 4 certificate have fed back that the trainers are excellent, the sessions varied and interesting, that they felt supported throughout the programme and that the course has improved their practice. They loved the projects, which are still being developed further for use by Shropshire Early Help Practitioners to use with families.

My own personal confidence in my practice has increased immensely from doing this course. I now know the theory behind my interventions with the families I work with and how this impacts positively on their lives.

The standard of the training was outstanding. The trainer had a great way of delivery and it flowed easily. It was never too complicated, and it comforted me into accepting that I did know what I was doing!

Clare was friendly and supportive at all times, her knowledge and passion for the course was obvious and infectious. The information was delivered in a fun and interactive way and i looked forward to attending the training days. The work load at times was intense but manageable and Clare was available to offer support if it was needed, the feedback and guidance was clear and consistent.

My trainer was absolutely brilliant. She is so credible and knowledgeable and was able to share and help us understand each and every module. She was also extremely supportive, encouraging and made the whole course interesting. Nothing was too much for her, she offered an open door to contact her and gave reassurance when we doubted ourselves! She provided clear and great feedback, which was important to me throughout the course. I joined the course as an anxious, nervous person, who was convinced the whole process was going to be long, difficult and stressful. I couldn't have been more wrong. She put everyone at ease and guided us through the whole process. I wished I had met her years ago! I hope that she goes on to inspire many more people to work with children and families. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. I have and will, continue to recommend the qualification to my colleagues.

Although the course material was good the delivery of the trainer was what made the difference. Her warm, encouraging and boundaried approach gave me confidence and helped me to feel supported. I knew what was expected of me and I knew that she was available if ever I needed to talk things through.

The overall quality and structure of the training programme was really good, it had a clear schedule and outline of activities at the beginning of each training day so we all knew exactly what to expect.

It really has been an absolute pleasure to know you! I love your teaching style and cannot express how much I got out of the sessions. It was a therapeutic and extremely positive experience. I feel it will benefit my practice/ approaches with families so very much. I actually did not want it to end!

The quality of the course was so good the book was clear and feels so matched to what I do as a family support worker.

This is the highlight of my career so far I am totally inspired by the trainer to do the best job I can possibly do for families, she is so passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families, I’m just sad it’s finished.

Interface provide highly experienced and committed trainers who are able to relate practice to operational realities and ensure that all attending the level 4 Certificate were fully able to participate and reflect on their own practice and learning needs.
