Family Hubs and Start for Life programme guide 2025–26

In January 2025, the UK Government announced £126m would be made available to continue delivery of a network of family hubs and start for life services.

This publication provides non-statutory guidance for the 75 upper-tier local authorities participating in the programme to set the delivery expectations for this period.
