Support for Business Case and Setting up of Services

Shelter were considering developing and implementing a family support service and were in need of an organisation steeped in both strategic and practical understanding of effective practice when working with families with complex needs.

Interface provided detailed feedback on Shelter’s business case and implementation plans and made recommendations based on our expertise and leading practice.

As we have a wealth of experience in knowing “what works” with families with complex and multiple needs we carried out a review considering best practice and sourced examples across the Country which we used to meet the needs of Shelter. 

We were later recommissioned to support Shelter to:

• produce and deliver a recruitment process drawing on proven person specifications and recruitment approaches
• produce and deliver a training programme drawing on leading practice in the delivery of support services and Key Worker approaches
