Influencing and negotiating skills

Learning how to influence and motivate others is a valuable skill when working with other agencies and with individuals and families with complex needs.  In order to influence the thinking and behaviour of others, you need to communicate confidently and build a relationship. This practical programme considers your self-awareness and motivations. 

It is practical and “hands on” with a focus on skills and strategy development, backed up by an understanding of why approaches work. It produces more confident and competent practitioners who are ready to deliver positive and effective support to individuals and families.
