The Motivational Conversations course was inspirational as well as being highly empowering. My colleagues and I are using the skills taught to ensure that our communication with clients and the children have a greater impact as well as being sympathetic to their needs and perceptions. This is the highlight of my career so far I am totally inspired by the trainer to do the best job I can possibly do for families, she is so passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families, I’m just sad it’s finished.

The training I received was truly exceptional, The Trauma Informed Awareness session provided me with valuable insights, allowing me to introspect and examine how I interact with residents, as well as encouraging me to reflect on my own personal life and relationships. The training provided a supportive and empowering environment for staff members, enabling us to better assist and care for residents. Overall, this experience has greatly enhanced my ability to connect with and support individuals in a more trauma informed and compassionate manner.

The standard of the training was outstanding. The trainer had a great way of delivery and it flowed easily. It was never too complicated, and it comforted me into accepting that I did know what I was doing!

Interface have delivered several training events for us and have been been a really positive, upbeat and flexible organisation to work with. The training events have been excellent; engaged my teams, pitched and paced at the right level and have been valued by the staff who attended and contributed robustly to our programme of continuing professional development across our multi-disciplinary team.

I loved every bit of this course and have learnt such a lot that I have already used in my leadership role. The course was well organised and the trainer was excellent.

Working with Interface has been a genuine pleasure. They have been central to the roll-out of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches training within our organisation and have impressed us with their range of expertise, high quality delivery (online and face to face) and bespoke solutions. I was thoroughly captivated and enlightened by all six sessions. Not only did I attain a level 3 qualification in safeguarding, but these sessions also significantly bolstered my confidence and deepened my understanding of how to excel in my role. The trainer's approach was remarkable—she was not only friendly but also highly informative. Her vast knowledge and impeccable delivery made the training enjoyable and enriching, creating an atmosphere that was both fun and knowledge packed.

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to undertake this course. It is hands down the most interesting and thought-provoking training I have ever experienced. The trainer was amazing and whilst I accept that as a non-professional I may well be getting more from this than others I could see everyone had lots to take away and reflect on.

We approached Interface to discuss the delivery of their Supervision training in-house for our organisation. Their proposed solution allowed for us to tailor the training to exactly meet our needs. The trainers delivery was engaging and inclusive. She used lots of relevant and practical examples imparting her extensive knowledge. Delegates left the training with specific individual plans, were enthused and energised and I really believe that this will have a positive impact on their practice of supervision.

The s47 training provided for our Social Workers was rated as the best training that they had ever received.
