Families are more likely to engage with support when they feel understood, respected and safe.

As services move towards earlier intervention, Family Help and community-based support through Family Hubs, inclusive and anti-discriminatory practice has become essential to effective safeguarding and relationship-based practice.

Professionals working with children and families need confidence and skill to work thoughtfully and reflectively with diversity, identity, culture, lived experience and inequality in everyday practice.

Our training and development offer supports practitioners and leaders to:

Cancellation Policy

We are very flexible and will do our utmost to rearrange training should the need arise, but our trainers obviously commit themselves to the training days agreed and so if you need to cancel at short notice we will need to charge a cancellation fee to cover their time.
