Emotional wellbeing across the workforce
Wellbeing at work relates to every aspect of working life, from the working environment to how the workforce feels about themselves.
Supporting the health and wellbeing of the workforce is essential.
We have 2 courses which explore emotional wellbeing and how this is affected by performance pressures, managing time, competing priorities and the complexity of working with other people’s stress and how this can impact our own well-being. We will reflect on the importance of recognising signs and symptoms in ourselves and colleagues. We will also consider skills and practice techniques to increase resilience.
The course will be tailored to your organisation and staff and can be delivered as a separate Manager course to include supervision and support.
