Our Leadership Development Programme is experiential, reflective and highly practical, giving leaders the space to step back from day-to-day pressures, understand themselves as leaders and explore how they can have greater impact.

The programme combines individual leadership development with learning together, strengthening the relationships, collaboration and influencing skills needed to lead effectively within organisations and across partnerships. Each programme is tailored to the organisation, participants and local context.

It is designed for managers and leaders working across children's and family services and wider multi-agency partnerships.

Cancellation Policy

We are very flexible and will do our utmost to rearrange training should the need arise, but our trainers obviously commit themselves to the training days agreed and so if you need to cancel at short notice we will need to charge a cancellation fee to cover their time.
