Whole Family Working
Whole family working requires a professional to work with all family members building a safe trusting relationship to support and enhance effective positive change.
Professionals require specific skills, knowledge and understanding to be able to identify family need, work in collaboration with family members and partner organisations to ensure we are offering the right support at the right time.
We have developed a practical relevant course for those working with vulnerable individuals and families to explore complex needs and consider potential barriers to support. Building skills and practice in supporting families with a trauma informed and relationship-based approach.
The course produces more confident and competent practitioners who are ready to deliver positive and effective support to individuals and families. It is suitable for front line staff in Early Help/Family hub roles alongside targeted and universal services.
