Turning National Priorities into Local Practice

For over 15 years, Interface has been helping local authorities turn national priorities into practical local delivery. Originating within the former Families Delivery Team at the Department for Education, we have remained at the forefront of national policy and practice, helping shape, interpret and implement major programmes including Sure Start, Think Family, Family Hubs, Best Start and Families First.

By identifying emerging policy and workforce needs, we develop innovative qualifications, workforce development programmes, consultancy and practical resources that help local systems prepare for change with confidence.

Today, our work includes supporting the implementation of major national programmes such as Families First and Best Start Family Hubs, alongside wider service transformation, leadership development and organisational improvement.

Consultancy
