Interface receives certification as a Mindful Employer

Interface has confirmed that it has signed the Charter for Employers Positive about Mental Health and has been officially certified as a ‘Mindful Employer’ recognising the Company’s commitment to supporting mental health at work.

Managing Director, Wendy Weal said ‘I am delighted to announce this new certification which demonstrates our ambition to support the mental health and wellbeing of our staff and associates. Whilst we already feel that Interface is a great place to work, this a another step which underlines our commitment to creating a  supportive environment and an open culture where everyone feels able to talk about mental health with confidence’.
