Our approach to early help was inadequate as was our Troubled Families programme, overall we were not fit for families and as a result we were failing. Interface worked alongside us as we built our new Early Help offer, enabling external trouble shooting, facilitation of the identification of solutions and growing practitioners that had all the skills but were lacking in confidence and application. Interface worked alongside us. They were excellent and professional throughout. The outcomes were excellent with a recent Ofsted inspection praising within our Early Help teams.

C-Change training challenges practitioners to really think about how collaboratively they work with parents and to ensure that parents understand what and why they need to change through the development of clear and realistic goals in addition to helping them understand their barriers to change. The practice manual sets the approach out clearly and enables to practitioners to match the questions and tools to the specific needs of the parent(s). The training was delivered in an engaging and interactive way enabling participants be begin to apply the approach to practice and therefore leaving the training confident about their ability to integrate the approach into their practice.

Really beneficial doing relevant activities – makes it real and good to talk about. Perfectly executed through the day it was interesting and eye opening - made me think.

Interface provide high quality outputs, are responsive and demonstrate expert understanding and experience of both housing and family support services. They were very flexible and happy to meet our changing requirements during the course of the work.

Excellent training from knowledgeable trainers. The training day has really made me think about my practice. I can now put all my new learning into practice, I am much more aware of tools provided to assist families and I am also be much more aware of how I practice. Extremely useful, applicable and relevant.

My trainer was absolutely brilliant. She is so credible and knowledgeable and was able to share and help us understand each and every module. She was also extremely supportive, encouraging and made the whole course interesting. Nothing was too much for her, she offered an open door to contact her and gave reassurance when we doubted ourselves! She provided clear and great feedback, which was important to me throughout the course. I joined the course as an anxious, nervous person, who was convinced the whole process was going to be long, difficult and stressful. I couldn't have been more wrong. She put everyone at ease and guided us through the whole process. I wished I had met her years ago! I hope that she goes on to inspire many more people to work with children and families. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. I have and will, continue to recommend the qualification to my colleagues.
