Excellent delivery such an inspiring trainer I instantly want to do better for my staff

Working with Interface provides a good example of partnership working to drive forward a large scale, multi-agency training and development programme. Their values and approach underpinning their work reflected their commitment and drive to the programme. Interface shared the vision and values of the programme to improve outcomes and make a difference for children and families this was reflected through the delivery of the whole programme and the commitment and insight of the trainers.

The trainer was very engaging. Delivery has been fun and informal and given everyone taking part an opportunity to share thoughts, views and opinions. It has been excellent training to reflect and build upon my skills and knowledge base.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and excellent deliverer of the subject and I feel she was excellent in regards to ensuring I understood the material.

We have worked with Interface on a number of occasions. This has included commissioning them to undertake an Evaluation of the Teaching Partnership and delivering a Train the Trainer package on Trauma Informed Practice across the Cheshire and Merseyside region. In all communications with them they have been open and flexible to our ideas and helped us to shape what can be delivered and undertaken, in true collaboration with them. This has ensured the desired outcomes. They bring so much to the table from their knowledge of the arena we work in, their experience from previous work they have undertaken and they have personel that are inspiring, accommodating and work so effectively with all that we have thrown at them.

We have been so happy with the work that Interface has undertaken for us that we have just commissioned them to facilitate a national Teaching Partnership project that we are part of. I look forward to working with them in the near future.

My trainer was absolutely brilliant. She is so credible and knowledgeable and was able to share and help us understand each and every module. She was also extremely supportive, encouraging and made the whole course interesting. Nothing was too much for her, she offered an open door to contact her and gave reassurance when we doubted ourselves! She provided clear and great feedback, which was important to me throughout the course. I joined the course as an anxious, nervous person, who was convinced the whole process was going to be long, difficult and stressful. I couldn't have been more wrong. She put everyone at ease and guided us through the whole process. I wished I had met her years ago! I hope that she goes on to inspire many more people to work with children and families. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. I have and will, continue to recommend the qualification to my colleagues.

The Motivational Conversations course was inspirational as well as being highly empowering. My colleagues and I are using the skills taught to ensure that our communication with clients and the children have a greater impact as well as being sympathetic to their needs and perceptions. The way the programme is laid out is very easy to understand. The worksheets allowed me to be able to go back to topics in order to write the assignments- so was a great resource.
