Croydon has been developing its Best Start Family Hubs programme to make it easier for families to access joined-up support, strengthen early intervention and improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

We worked with the Government of Jersey to deliver the ATHE Level 4 Qualification in Working with Children, Individuals and Families to a multi-agency group of practitioners working with children, young people and families across Jersey

As part of a much bigger programme of work delivering Trauma Informed Practice training to managers and practitioners in Hillingdon, we also developed a bespoke training package for the newly appointed Lead Child Protection Practitioners (LCCPs). 

Drawing on our extensive experience of supporting Family Hub development nationally, we created a 4 day practitioner-focused induction programme that reflected current policy, relationship-based practice and the realities of delivering integrated early intervention services.

Newcastle commissioned us to facilitate a series of workforce integration sessions across Family Help, Child Protection, Family Group Conferencing, Connect and specialist teams.

In October 2025, we launched another open cohort of the ATHE Level 5 Leadership and Management Certificate – Working with Children, Individuals and Families.

Working collaboratively with Bedford Borough Council and partners in preparation for the implementation of the national Families First reforms, we are bringing together multiple sources of evidence to develop a comprehensive picture of local need.

We were thrilled to work again East Sussex and their early Help and Youth Service workforce to complete our level 4 qualification. 

Warwickshire commissioned Interface to work alongside the Practice and Learning Hub to support delivery of elements of its bespoke Managers’ Core Skills Development Programme for Children and Families Services.

Dudley commissioned Interface to design and deliver a bespoke First Line Management Development Programme to support Team Managers and Practice Supervisors across children’s services during a period of ongoing service development linked to integrated Family Help and the Families First reforms.
