Interface were very flexible in meeting our organisation’s needs. The trainer’s style was particularly effective in holding, supporting and gently challenging staff during a period of significant change and subsequent uncertainty. Her training style is clear, warm, appropriately challenging and encourages reflection. She has fed back regularly to managers on any wider issues that have been raised during the training and that we should be considering which is particularly helpful. Feedback from participants has been consistently positive about the quality of the delivery of the training.

We set a very challenging timetable for the piece of work we commissioned. Interface developed an approach which both met our time frames, but also provided an incredibly robust and challenging assessment. The combination of the 2 associates with different backgrounds was a benefit to the project and outcomes as it meant we received challenge from a number of angles.

We felt that Interface listened to our needs and that of our clients and they translated our vision into a product of high standard and quality. The outcome of the work was achieved, we were able to obtain Interface support even when our contract with them ended and we feel that Interface is an organisation that genuinely cares and desires the best outcome for their clients.

My trainer was absolutely brilliant. She is so credible and knowledgeable and was able to share and help us understand each and every module. She was also extremely supportive, encouraging and made the whole course interesting. Nothing was too much for her, she offered an open door to contact her and gave reassurance when we doubted ourselves! She provided clear and great feedback, which was important to me throughout the course. I joined the course as an anxious, nervous person, who was convinced the whole process was going to be long, difficult and stressful. I couldn't have been more wrong. She put everyone at ease and guided us through the whole process. I wished I had met her years ago! I hope that she goes on to inspire many more people to work with children and families. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. I have and will, continue to recommend the qualification to my colleagues.

I was very pleased with the work completed by Interface as they were thorough and took a careful and considered approach. The consultants were professional and responsive and highly skilled at unpicking the challenges associated with the remit.

Interface as always have been professional and flexible in their approach and delivery, working with us to get the most out of the programme. Without exception the practitioners completing the Level 4 certificate have fed back that the trainers are excellent, the sessions varied and interesting, that they felt supported throughout the programme and that the course has improved their practice. They loved the projects, which are still being developed further for use by Shropshire Early Help Practitioners to use with families.

I have massively built my confidence, had an opportunity to self reflect and develop my leadership skills. I feel like a different person. It has been a game changer.

Working with Interface has been a genuine pleasure. They have been central to the roll-out of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches training within our organisation and have impressed us with their range of expertise, high quality delivery (online and face to face) and bespoke solutions.
