Training

This is the highlight of my career so far I am totally inspired by the trainer to do the best job I can possibly do for families, she is so passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families, I’m just sad it’s finished.

Working with Interface has been a genuine pleasure. They have been central to the roll-out of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches training within our organisation and have impressed us with their range of expertise, high quality delivery (online and face to face) and bespoke solutions. Having also used Interface for delivery of courses, facilitation of reflective practice for staff and creation of online learning content, we have found them to be responsive, flexible and much more than just a training provider! It’s been fantastic to work with an organisation which aligns with our own values-based approach.

Your team are great, they are really flexible as well as passionate about what they are doing. They made me feel really enthusiastic about what we do here.

I was thoroughly captivated and enlightened by all six sessions. Not only did I attain a level 3 qualification in safeguarding, but these sessions also significantly bolstered my confidence and deepened my understanding of how to excel in my role. The trainer's approach was remarkable—she was not only friendly but also highly informative. Her vast knowledge and impeccable delivery made the training enjoyable and enriching, creating an atmosphere that was both fun and knowledge packed.

The Motivational Conversations course was inspirational as well as being highly empowering. My colleagues and I are using the skills taught to ensure that our communication with clients and the children have a greater impact as well as being sympathetic to their needs and perceptions. I learned a lot and really appreciate how you listened to us and were able to tailor the training to our needs whilst still making sure that we covered everything that we needed to do. It was all extremely helpful but the group discussions and activities were brilliant. Particularly the group supervision exercise and also the TAF action planning activity. I found the reflective discussions really helpful but also appreciated how kind you were in checking in on us individually if we needed to talk.

Excellent training from knowledgeable trainers. The training day has really made me think about my practice. I am excited to put all new learning into practice and be much more aware of tools provided to assist families and also be much more aware of how I practice. Extremely useful, applicable and relevant.

Super training. Really made me think about my approach and the way with work with children and families. This should be mandatory training across the partnership. The trainer was fantastic at supporting us and really knowledgeable about the subject area. Thank you!

The standard of the training was outstanding. The trainer had a great way of delivery and it flowed easily. It was never too complicated, and it comforted me into accepting that I did know what I was doing!

I loved every bit of this course and have learnt such a lot that I have already used in my leadership role. The course was well organised and the trainer was excellent.

Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership (NSCP) has commissioned Interface Enterprises to deliver a programme of multi-agency Safeguarding Children training since early 2023. The programme currently consists of twelve courses covering different safeguarding related topics, delivered both online and face to face. Interface have worked really positively alongside the NSCP to ensure that the learning opportunities meet our needs. They have also been proactive in feeding back regarding how the courses are being received and identifying emerging learning needs. From the start of our working relationship Interface have been very positive in all communications with the NSCP; planning and review meetings are scheduled regularly and all timescales for delivery have been met. On the rare occasion that there are any issues with delivery these are shared with us at the earliest opportunity and solutions identified. The training itself has been consistently to a high standard and feedback from delegates has been very positive.

I have worked with Wendy and Interface since her days at DFES and later as the Founder of Interface. She has built considerable expertise in the key developments in Family Support over the last 20 years and with her partners has been able to offer us knowledge, experience, flexibility to meet our changing requirements as we have developed our services. We have valued her help developing our practice, management , systems and meeting our partnership workforce development needs most recently on Family Hubs, Management and Leadership and Trauma programmes.

Wendy and colleagues are responsive, excellent communicators with us, partners and staff. We have been really pleased with the outcomes. I would you use them again and recommend to others.

Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to undertake this course. It is hands down the most interesting and thought-provoking training I have ever experienced. The trainer was amazing and whilst I accept that as a non-professional I may well be getting more from this than others I could see everyone had lots to take away and reflect on.

Working with Interface provides a good example of partnership working to drive forward a large scale, multi-agency training and development programme. Their values and approach underpinning their work reflected their commitment and drive to the programme. Interface shared the vision and values of the programme to improve outcomes and make a difference for children and families this was reflected through the delivery of the whole programme and the commitment and insight of the trainers.

This was the best training I have attended in a long, long time!!
