Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to undertake this course. It is hands down the most interesting and thought-provoking training I have ever experienced. The trainer was amazing and whilst I accept that as a non-professional I may well be getting more from this than others I could see everyone had lots to take away and reflect on.

Interface as always have been professional and flexible in their approach and delivery, working with us to get the most out of the programme. Without exception the practitioners completing the Level 4 certificate have fed back that the trainers are excellent, the sessions varied and interesting, that they felt supported throughout the programme and that the course has improved their practice. They loved the projects, which are still being developed further for use by Shropshire Early Help Practitioners to use with families.

Working with Interface has been a genuine pleasure. Working with Interface provides a good example of partnership working to drive forward a large scale, multi-agency training and development programme. Their values and approach underpinning their work reflected their commitment and drive to the programme. Interface shared the vision and values of the programme to improve outcomes and make a difference for children and families this was reflected through the delivery of the whole programme and the commitment and insight of the trainers.

Training with Jahsynth was brilliant. She kept us engaged and has excellent training skills making sure that we were all absorbing the information. I loved the fact she brought fidget toys as this made a huge difference when it comes to holding our attention as well. She was absolutely amazing and has been the BEST training which we have received so far from LBI. She was kind and caring as well when it came to sensitive topics she understood if any of us felt uncomfortable or needed a break. Honestly, I couldn’t praise her enough! The standard of the training was outstanding. The trainer had a great way of delivery and it flowed easily. It was never too complicated, and it comforted me into accepting that I did know what I was doing!

We approached Interface to discuss the delivery of their Supervision training in-house for our organisation. Their proposed solution allowed for us to tailor the training to exactly meet our needs. The trainers delivery was engaging and inclusive. She used lots of relevant and practical examples imparting her extensive knowledge. Delegates left the training with specific individual plans, were enthused and energised and I really believe that this will have a positive impact on their practice of supervision.

The training I received was truly exceptional, The Trauma Informed Awareness session provided me with valuable insights, allowing me to introspect and examine how I interact with residents, as well as encouraging me to reflect on my own personal life and relationships. The training provided a supportive and empowering environment for staff members, enabling us to better assist and care for residents. Overall, this experience has greatly enhanced my ability to connect with and support individuals in a more trauma informed and compassionate manner.
