Excellent training from knowledgeable trainers. The training day has really made me think about my practice. I am excited to put all new learning into practice and be much more aware of tools provided to assist families and also be much more aware of how I practice. Extremely useful, applicable and relevant.

Working with Interface provides a good example of partnership working to drive forward a large scale, multi-agency training and development programme. Their values and approach underpinning their work reflected their commitment and drive to the programme. Interface shared the vision and values of the programme to improve outcomes and make a difference for children and families this was reflected through the delivery of the whole programme and the commitment and insight of the trainers.

It really has been an absolute pleasure to know you! I love your teaching style and cannot express how much I got out of the sessions. It was a therapeutic and extremely positive experience. I feel it will benefit my practice/ approaches with families so very much. I actually did not want it to end!

Working with Interface has been a genuine pleasure. They have been central to the roll-out of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches training within our organisation and have impressed us with their range of expertise, high quality delivery (online and face to face) and bespoke solutions. Having also used Interface for delivery of courses, facilitation of reflective practice for staff and creation of online learning content, we have found them to be responsive, flexible and much more than just a training provider! Training with Jahsynth was brilliant. She kept us engaged and has excellent training skills making sure that we were all absorbing the information. I loved the fact she brought fidget toys as this made a huge difference when it comes to holding our attention as well. She was absolutely amazing and has been the BEST training which we have received so far from LBI. She was kind and caring as well when it came to sensitive topics she understood if any of us felt uncomfortable or needed a break. Honestly, I couldn’t praise her enough! The Motivational Conversations course was inspirational as well as being highly empowering. My colleagues and I are using the skills taught to ensure that our communication with clients and the children have a greater impact as well as being sympathetic to their needs and perceptions. The training was delivered in an easy to understand format with the right amount of information on each session. The small group work helped to embed the information and make it easier to link to my role. The handbook, professional guidance document, slides, handouts and assignment tips and guidance made everything so much clearer and were useful to return to after the face to face training had finished for the session and Clare was a fountain of knowledge delivered in a very personable way that made it easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered, anything I was not clear on she explained fully. This made the training more enjoyable and suited my learning style.

I have worked with Wendy and Interface since her days at DFES and later as the Founder of Interface. She has built considerable expertise in the key developments in Family Support over the last 20 years and with her partners has been able to offer us knowledge, experience, flexibility to meet our changing requirements as we have developed our services. We have valued her help developing our practice, management , systems and meeting our partnership workforce development needs most recently on Family Hubs, Management and Leadership and Trauma programmes.

Wendy and colleagues are responsive, excellent communicators with us, partners and staff. We have been really pleased with the outcomes. I would you use them again and recommend to others.
