Leadership in Practice Programme

I have seen my circles of influence increase as a result of understanding and working in a different way because of the learning on the programme. I think other people see me as a leader now

I have massively built my confidence, had an opportunity to self reflect and develop my leadership skills. I feel like a different person. It has been a game changer.

It felt like you could be really vulnerable and safe at once – I have never seen any other trainers create this so well. Being able to be vulnerable enabled that big growth and connection with others – it meant we could work from an honest place.

The fact the trainers have first-hand experience of being leaders of services for families built trust with us, they really understood the challenges. This meant that we could be honest and kept things realistic.

This course was literally life changing for me – I saw things so differently as it progressed and I felt so freed up to be the leader I wanted to be – I just wish everyone was able to do it

This is by far the best programme I have ever been on. I learned more about myself and how to be effective than all the other programmes and training I’ve been on put together
