This programme is not like other programmes. It is tailored to individual needs whilst capitalising on the value of learning together. It helps your leaders get under the skin of what leadership is about where there never seems to be time to think.  The programme is experiential and dynamic. Delegates will need to be energetic, curious, imaginative and reflective to get the most from it.  

The programme is suitable for first line managers, practice leaders, project and innovation leaders and middle managers in a wide range of public services supporting children individuals and families in a multi-agency context. including:

Cancellation Policy

We are very flexible and will do our utmost to rearrange training should the need arise, but our trainers obviously commit themselves to the training days agreed and so if you need to cancel at short notice we will need to charge a cancellation fee to cover their time.
