Bracknell Forest - Motivational Interviewing training
We continue our long term relationship with Bracknell Forest Council by supporting both new workers in the family safeguarding teams and a wider range of partners including Early Help, MASH and Family Support workers with a range of training programmes around motivational interviewing. Support includes a 1 day overview, a 2 day course and workshops to embed skills into practice.
We are now into our 3rd year of support and delighted to be able to support going forward with a Train the Trainer programme as well as additional workshops to support and challenge practice.
We always receive great feedback, hence why we keep going back! It is a real privilege to work with areas such as this and Hertfordshire to support until skills are truly embedded. We can see the difference in skills in later cohorts as this becomes more ‘the way we do things’.
