Brighter Futures Architecture for Professional Practice embedding Support

We were commissioned to work with Brighter Futures to support them to embed their Architecture for Professional Practice. This combines thinking in a trauma informed way, responding restoratively, therapeutically and whole family.

Our work started with the senior leadership team in the form of an action learning set and we followed that with a series of action learning sets for Area Team Managers and Team Managers where we explored:

• what was working well/less well and created action plans
• organisational culture
• understanding and managing change
• supervision challenge and support
• process and system change.

We were then commissioned further to support the senior leadership team again through 5 action learning sets, as all change needs to be modelled from the top.
