Coaching Support, Local Authority X

We have been providing one-to-one support for social workers involved in difficult cases. Due to our team’s level of understanding around trauma and how this impacts workers both in terms of secondary traumatic stress and compassion fatigue. We are seen as an excellent organisation to provide this level of support for individuals.

Social workers have expressed how valuable it has been talking to somebody completely outside of their organisation and to somebody that understands the complexity and demands of their role rather than occupational health or telephone online support provided by the LA.

Our support is trauma-informed and has supported individuals to manage challenges and remove obstacles.
