Level 5 - Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea

We were asked to provide a second cohort of the Level 5 Leadership and Management Certificate - Working with Children, Individuals and Families in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

This was provided on a mixed delivery basis with some face to face elements and some provided virtually in order to respond to COVID-19 restrictions.

It was a lively and mixes group with learners coming from health settings, youth offending, education welfare, youth hubs etc.

This is an OFQUAL approved 22 credit Level 5 qualification covering 3 units.

Again this programme covered 3 units:

• Leadership, Management & Supervision
• Building effective relationships
• Evidencing outcomes and embedding improvements

The case studies and projects were particularly useful and had a real impact on work in the area going forward.
