(National) Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel (2022)

Interface were commissioned to facilitate two Theory of Change workshops with panel members. The panel requested that the discussions were challenging and focused on supporting their development.  The first workshop focused on the mission of the panel, with the second workshop exploring the activities of the panel and how these related to achieving the mission.

Interface drafted a report for the panel, outlining the key learning from the workshops in order to support their next steps. This report is being used by the Panel within the business planning process.
