Safeguarding and Signs of Abuse Training
We provided twilight and inset training sessions for Ashmead Primary School on:

- An overview of signs and symptoms.
The workshops covered:
- Child abuse and neglect.
- Signs and indicators of abuse and neglect.
- Maintaining a child focus.
- What to do in response to concerns.
- The legal, policy and practice framework for safeguarding children.
- Professional judgement.
- Consideration of recent serious case reviews.
- Lessons learnt from serious case reviews.
- Appropriate sharing of information and the documentation of concerns.
