Wiltshire Children's Services rated outstanding

We are delighted to see the outcome of Wiltshire 's Ofsted inspection which has been deemed as outstanding. Wiltshire have invested heavily in preventative and specialist services, and it is excellent to see this being noted by OFSTED as an excellent approach.

Specific areas of praise include:

• Children in care being supported by social workers who build enduring relationships and have high aspirations for them.
• Permanent planning being considered at an early stage
• Care levers being supported exceptionally well by caring and compassionate personal advisers
• Stable and effective leadership
• Strong strategic partnerships
