What our clients say:
The s47 training provided for our Social Workers was rated as the best training that they had ever received.
I have learnt so much from this course. Loved every bit of it!
I was guided us through this programme with the right amount of support and challenge in my opinion, around the deadlines and course requirements.
Although the course material was good the delivery of the trainer was what made the difference. Her warm, encouraging and boundaried approach gave me confidence and helped me to feel supported. I knew what was expected of me and I knew that she was available if ever I needed to talk things through.
We felt that Interface listened to our needs and that of our clients and they translated our vision into a product of high standard and quality. The outcome of the work was achieved, we were able to obtain Interface support even when our contract with them ended and we feel that Interface is an organisation that genuinely cares and desires the best outcome for their clients.
Interface provide highly experienced and committed trainers who are able to relate practice to operational realities and ensure that all attending the level 4 Certificate were fully able to participate and reflect on their own practice and learning needs. Our managers and practitioners have had a very positive experience completing the Level 4 course.
I have seen my circles of influence increase as a result of understanding and working in a different way because of the learning on the programme. I think other people see me as a leader now
Super training. Really made me think about my approach and the way with work with children and families. This should be mandatory training across the partnership. The trainer was fantastic at supporting us and really knowledgeable about the subject area. Thank you!
Our approach to early help was inadequate as was our Troubled Families programme, overall we were not fit for families and as a result we were failing. Interface worked alongside us as we built our new Early Help offer, enabling external trouble shooting, facilitation of the identification of solutions and growing practitioners that had all the skills but were lacking in confidence and application. Interface worked alongside us. They were excellent and professional throughout. The outcomes were excellent with a recent Ofsted inspection praising within our Early Help teams.
I didn't think that I was a leader until I attended this course and I feel so differently now - empowered and passionate. Fantastic course. I even enjoyed the assignments as it made me really think about my practice. I have learnt a lot about myself.
I really enjoyed the course it was well delivered by experienced trainers. Training was delivered with enthusiasm knowledge of the work we are doing and the wider picture for the future. The organisation and dynamic training delivery was superb, kept me engaged for the full 7 training days – Thank You.
