Strategic Planning and Evaluation
Changes in the policy environment demand multi-agency and integrated working to drive better outcomes for families. This is challenging and requires new levels of trust and innovation. We can assist you in reviewing strategies in response to policy changes at national and local level – and changes in local needs post-Covid. Working with key staff and partners we can explore strengths and opportunities of current and potential approaches and conduct stakeholder research to understand how to overcome key barriers and challenges.
