Content includes:
- Considering why we need to work with families to bring about change
- Exploring the underlying meaning of behaviours and the impact on communication
- Adapting communication methods to meet individual needs
- Identifying strategies to break down barriers to engagement and participation
- Exploring boundaries and consistency
- Working towards insight and change
- Getting and reflecting on feedback
