Self-Management in times of anxiety and overload
This is run as a workshop rather than a training course. Its purpose is to help you articulate, understand and manage anxiety and overload at work. We want to create an opportunity for you to think about what you can do to stop feeling powerless and instead to work from a position of understanding what internal and external factors contribute to making us feel stressed and work.
The workshop will support you to feel in control of who you are, how you work and how you self-manage some difficult feelings when you are at work.
There will be:
- Recommended reading (prior to the Workshop)
- A Handbook shared prior to the workshop to reflect and write notes (we will ask prompt question in the handbook for you to complete)
We will then run a themed workshop exploring:
- Performance pressures
- Managing time
- Building resilience
- Be your own coach
This workshop always provides helpful ‘self-insight’ and ‘light bulb’ moments.
We will also provide you with tools and techniques to support you going forward.
- All courses are offered on a Face to Face or Virtual basis.
- Bespoke & Open Training Courses Available.
We are working with Catalyst, a voluntary sector partner to develop and deliver part of a culture change training programme.
We provided a 2 day practical program for managers and seniors responsible for providing staff support and supervision, the group included new and developing managers.
We have recently worked with Early Start to deliver a one-day face to face course on evidencing the voice of the child.
We consulted with and designed a bespoke 3-day Family Group Conference Training package to support understanding around restorative values and practice with children and families and develop skills to mediate and facilitate group meetings to assist with communication, family engagement and community reintegration.
