We were commissioned  to design and deliver a comprehensive three-year programme to embed Trauma-Informed Practice (TIP) across the Children and Families Service.

We were asked to deliver training to Foster Carers in West Sussex setting out the purpose and importance of Safer Care plans as a key element in the care that Foster carers provide.

We were pleased to deliver our Child-Centred Practice & Voice of the Child training in partnership with the Norfolk Safeguarding Partnership.

We delivered specialist Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) training, aimed at strengthening professional understanding, confidence, and practical skills when working with children and families where CSA is known or suspected

As part of Croydon’s journey to develop and embed Family Hubs, we delivered a comprehensive programme of workshops designed to bring together leaders and partners from across the local system.

Over a three-part workshop series, we designed and facilitated events to develop a shared understanding of Family Help and co-produce the foundations of a local strategy.
