Motivational Interviewing / Conversations

This is one our most popular areas of training. We have delivered to over 1200 learners in this area across a range of children and family services, schools, housing providers and many more. We bespoke each course to meet your needs.

For those wanting to work effectively with individuals and families with multiple and complex needs we know that you need to bring about change and improvements in outcomes. Using these approaches is a powerful technique in bringing about behaviour change.

Workshops

Our experience shows that to embed this in the workplace learners need to continually practice. We can also provide a range of embedding workshops for practitioners which include an opportunity for refection, challenge and support around skills, discussion of cases and approaches and more practice.

The course was inspirational as well as being highly empowering. My colleagues and I are using the skills taught to ensure that our communication with clients and the children have a greater impact as well as being sympathetic to their needs and perceptions. Learner, Bracknell Forest.
